A FEW GOOD QUESTIONS

Let’s clear
things up.

Have a specific question?
Ask Dan

What does the Sold Out Events package include?

The scope can bring together campaign design, content production, social media, event emails, registration pages, sponsor inquiry paths, and paid campaigns. We choose the pieces around your event’s goal, date, and budget.

Does “Sold Out Events” mean you guarantee attendance?

No. Sold Out Events is the name of the offer and the goal we work toward, not a guarantee. Results depend on your audience, event offer, timing, capacity, budget, and follow-up.

Can you help with paid registrations?

Yes. We can improve the path from the promotion to your registration or payment page and run agreed campaigns toward that action. Your team owns ticket prices, capacity, payment policies, and attendee support.

Do you find and close sponsors for us?

We can create sponsor information, clear inquiry calls to action, and follow-up paths. Your team owns the sponsor relationships, conversations, and agreements.

Is filming or an event recap included?

It can be included when we agree on it in the scope. Recording the event and promoting it before the date are different work, so we define both clearly.

How much does event promotion cost?

It depends on the amount of content, page work, email support, campaign management, and event coverage. We review your event and recommend a clear scope. Ad spend is separate.

How early should we get started?

Reach out when the date and main event details are set. We review the time available before promising a launch schedule, especially if pages, filming, approvals, or payment setup are needed.
